Classes for small and large Groups:

Resonate with the Soul™

Lisa’s international teaching program, Resonate with the Soul™, encourages transformation and psychic development. The classes facilitate multiple levels of self-awareness. Classes are designed to deepen and to integrate the participant’s relationship to courage, compassion, self-acceptance, boundary, clarity and joy. All classes work with sound, body awareness and ancient wisdoms.

Awaken

Awaken is a ceremony of sound and healing. It is a powerful opportunity to open and shift resistance that exists in your mind and your body. Lisa works directly with students psychically, energetically and with sound. Awaken gives you specific tools to center and heal yourself. Additional tools are offered that will give you insight into others. Awaken introduces language and skills that we build upon in future work.

You will learn healing touch, experience increased psychic awareness, and be given your own sound. You will leave with ideas to dream about and ponder as you reflect upon the level of joy and satisfaction in your own life.

As a pre-requisite to advanced classes, Awaken provides a gateway. Those who want to work with Lisa further gain a clear understanding of her intentions and how she works. Continuing classes can then move quickly and easily in safe and trusting environments. You may attend an Awaken without desiring to attend any further classes.

Please note: Attending Awaken is a pre-requisite for attending any of the Five Worlds program as well as for most continuing classes.

Continuing Classes:

All continuing classes share a common goal. To:

develop each person's individual empowerment,
strengthen and support their Spiritual connection,
encourage their psychic development and relationship to sound,
and provide opportunities to experience themselves in new ways.

The Five Worlds Program

The Five Worlds program is a unique opportunity to experience multiple levels and perspectives of awareness and growth. The program provides self-healing opportunities, and teaches tools to support, expand and encourage your most powerful, compassionate self. The Five Worlds are levels of reality that occur in you at all times. These classes afford you the opportunity to explore and create new ways of embodying this wisdom.

The Five Worlds program supports your mind, emotions, body, and Spirit. Shamanic, energetic, psychic, and spiritual study is included in each program. Sound and ancient chants are included to assist in developing greater listening and “seeing”. Each of The Five Worlds embodies a unique perspective that will challenge and delight you. The program supports developing the whole being through integrative exercises that will help you to leave the limitations of “right or wrong” thinking. You will strengthen your psychic capacities and your relationship to balance, boundary, creativity, possibility and self-healing.

The Sword strengthens the courageous self.

The Mirror reveals and explores how we see ourselves, and how we are seen through the eyes of others.

The Cloud embraces and encourages our ever-changing relationship with Spirit.

The Veil unfolds our relationship with fear, mystery and the unknown.

The Diamond deepens the embodiment of clarity and balance.

For teaching purposes, it is required that you attend The Sword, The Mirror and The Cloud before attending The Veil and The Diamond.

A d v a n c e d _ E n e r g y _ C l a s s e s

Advanced Awaken
Advanced Awaken is a program for healers and people who would like to become healers. It is a wonderful way to renew and refresh, and to gain new tools to support and encourage your healing practice. People who are beginning their study are welcome. We work with sound, ritual, light, stones, guided visualization, and psychic and etheric practices.

Day of the Heart
A Day of the Heart holds the body as a sacred vessel with many portals to the heart. Using sound, energy exercises, visualization, movement, drumming, and silence we strengthen our interconnectedness to our heart’s wisdom. Some work with the Kabballah and the Medicine Wheel is also included.

Day of Sound
Day of Sound is filled with fun and deep learning. Overtone chanting, sound healings, ritual, sacred language, and movement are all a part of playing with sound. This class is filled with opportunities to discover and develop your relationship with sound.

Sound and Psychic Development
Sound is a vehicle for change. Sound organically finds the center of our being. The human voice is capable of a wide range of frequencies that can affect psychic/spiritual connections. You will experience sacred sounds, and you will be given tools to use sound as a balancing agent. Sound transcends the traps of linear thinking. You do not need to know how to sing, and you do not need to know about harmonics. Learn to “voice” from your deepest resource. You will do sound healings on yourself and others; develop your intuition and listening awareness through harmonic exercises; and discover the joy and freedom of sound as sacred communication. As your psychic self awakens, you gain compassion and insight into your relationship with the world.

Additional classes

Pods
Pods are an intimate, safe and supportive environment that provides women only the opportunity for in-depth exploration. Designed to explore our understanding of relationship, These non-therapeutic settings do not include any group processing. Each gathering has a focused theme and may utilize meditation, visualization, dialogue, sharing, questioning, and energetic exercises. Pods meet once a month in Oakland, for four months. Participants must commit to attending all four events. Some Pods continue beyond the four gatherings depending upon group interest and availability.

Dialogues, Sacred Site Journeys, and Retreats
Awaken is not a pre-requisite.

Dialogues
Dialogues are evening gatherings that focus upon specific themes. They include some experiential work and time for Q & A. Partners and spouses are welcome. No prior work with Lisa required. Events usually are in Oakland and are listed in the Calendar

Teaching Locations

In Europe:

Maastricht, The Netherlands
Maastricht is a magnificent city that is near the Belgium border. Workshops are located in the heart of the city in a beautiful healing center and garden. Classes are taught in English with translation into Dutch when needed. Private sessions are available. Most students are from the area, however, sleeping accommodations are easily arranged for those who are coming from a longer distance.

In the U.S.:

West Palm Beach , Florida
Located on the West Coast of Florida, our workshop location is close to the ocean and convenient from the airport. We schedule work during the winter months so that those who would like to come in from the northern climates can also enjoy the beautiful weather. Private sessions are also available in Florida.

Oakland, Caifornia
Private sessions and small classes continue in Oakland throughout the year. Across the bay from San Francisco, this location in the Oakland hills is close to Berkeley and the Oakland airport.

Journey’s and Retreats

An interview with Lisa is necessary to attend these events. Journey and retreat events do not require having attended an Awaken.
